Blue Forest

Dates:

Located in southwestern Wyoming, at 7000 ft and about 7 hours from Billings.  Approximately 45 miles east of Kemmerer, Wyoming. Come for the whole time or stay part of it.  Three options: #1. Dry off the grid style camping at the site with trailers, tents (windy) or sleeping in cars. No toilets or water.  #2.  Campground 8 miles away with vault toilets/water along river with bugs. #3. Drive 45 miles to Kemmerer for hotels, a few restaurants, grocery store and 3 rock shops.  Fun trip with digging and some surface collecting to find great blue agate petrified wood.  Leader: Doug True.  More details later.
